Approaching three decades of experience, Janus Analysis’ primary strengths are in macro strategy, and investment execution. The ability to marry big picture ideas with in-depth analysis has resulted in between 2004 and 2014, an after-tax of >50% CAGR over that period.

Understanding detailed financial modelling and business complexity, initiative and the ability to work independently seeking out new projects and alternative revenue streams. Strong project management skills, effectively prioritize multiple projects. Identified numerous companies with undervalued assets and merger opportunities. Able to distinguish geological opportunities, more importantly, avoid a plethora of projects with prospective shortcomings and/or dubious factoids.
As a corporate advisor, we are able to identify operational needs and constraints, developing strategic directions to take advantage of business opportunities. Ability to communicate a strong point of view in a constructive and positive manner.
We have extensive experience/success in brown-fields exploration, ore-reserve procedures/calculations; running of day-to-day underground operations. Experience in green-fields exploration, mapping, RC drilling, soil geochemistry, interpretation of regional geophysics.
We have visited & evaluated, and studied, plethora of different ore deposit types and commodities: coal in the UK, Central Europe, southern and E. Africa, Indonesia, Australia; strataform platinum/palladium at the Merensky Reef; iron ore in the Pilbara, S. America, W. Africa; fluvial gold of the Witwatersrand, orogenic gold in W. Africa, WA, sedimentary gold in Tajikistan, epithermal gold in the Philippines, PNG, NZ, Fiji; copper-gold porphyries in Tas., N. & S. America, Philippines, PNG; uranium and rare- earths in Australia, Africa; lead-zinc deposits in Tas., Iran, Yemen, Qld; nickel in WA, Tanzania, Brazil; potash in Spain, etc.
